— The next 48 hours could be important. According to the source, there’s a belief that Cohen may use the positive momentum of the weekend (win over Texas A&M, atmosphere inside Jordan-Hare Stadium, Woltosz Performance Center opening, NIL ramping up and publicly launching on Monday) to push for a commitment from a candidate.
— That doesn’t mean anyone will be locked up and hired in the next 48 hours. It means that there’s some urgency right now to push for a commitment from the person Cohen wants to hire, and if an agreement isn’t met, move on to the next candidate.
