SEC announces men's basketball broadcast schedule

AUBURN — The Southeastern Conference announced its 144-game men’s basketball broadcast schedule for the 2025 season on Thursday.

All games on ESPN platforms (ESPN, ESPN2, ESPNU, SEC Network, and ESPN+/SECN+) are available via the ESPN App, which can be accessed via connected devices.

Conference play begins Saturday, January 4, and continues through Saturday, March 8. During league play, each SEC team will play at least one of the other 15 teams. Three teams will be played twice during the schedule: two permanent opponents and one that will change each year.

A record-tying ten SEC teams received postseason bids. The SEC’s eight NCAA Tournament selections matched the previous record set in 2018. In addition, two SEC teams participated in the National Invitation Tournament. Over the last five NCAA Tournaments, the SEC has made 35 selections.

The SEC Tournament returns to Nashville, Tenn., as Bridgestone Arena will host the event from March 12-16, 2025.
