The primer: Auburn and Notre Dame face-off for the first time in Brooklyn

AUBURN -- For the first time ever, Auburn basketball (1-1) will face Notre Dame (1-1) in Brooklyn, N.Y. on Thursday evening in the first game of the Legends Classic. The Tigers will then play either St. Bonaventure or Oklahoma State on Friday before leaving town. It's a great opportunity to repeat as Legends Classic champions, something Bruce Pearl and co. did in 2019 by beating New Mexico and Richmond.
