The primer: Auburn travels to Appalachian State for quality non-conference road game
AUBURN -- In Auburn's only true road game during non-conference play, the Tigers (5-1) travel to Boone, N.C. on Sunday for a matchup against Sun Belt Conference team Appalachian State (5-2). The game will be televised on ESPN2 at Noon CT and be played in front of a sold-out crowd at the Holmes Center. This will be one of two contests in the next three games – outside of the friendly confines of Neville Arena – to be sold out next to the Tigers’ neutral-site game against UNC Asheville as part of the Rocket City Classic on Dec. 13 in Huntsville, Ala.
