Auburn Tigers Target Tracker
It’s always fun to follow the future by keeping tabs on the success of Auburn football commitments in the fall. But this season, we’re also tracking key Tiger targets. Each week, we’ll highlight 10 performances of offered prospects, flip targets and other recruits of note.
Here are this week’s notable performances …
*LB C.J. Allen, Barnesville (Ga.) Lamar County Comprehensive: Beat Wilcox County (Ga.) 48-28. The Georgia Bulldogs linebacker verbal rushed for 233 yards and four touchdowns on 15 carries, per Georgia High School Football Daily. Lamar County (1-0) plays at Upson-Lee (Ga.) on Friday.
*CB Colton Hood, McDonough (Ga.) Eagles Landing Christian: In a 50-49 win over Brentwood Academy (Tenn.), Hood scored twice, once on the ground and once via reception, had 120 receiving yards and recorded a one-handed interception. That gives him 11 career picks in high school. Eagles Landing Christian (1-0) plays at Roswell (Ga.) Blessed Trinity on Friday.
*Edge/DE Keldric Faulk, Highland Home (Ala.): In a 28-6 win over Dothan (Ala.) Providence Christian, the Florida State commit recorded one sack. His team plays host to Ariton
(Ala.) on Friday.
*CB, Jahlil Hurley, Florence (Ala.): Hurley, an Alabama commit, recorded seven tackles and five pass breakups in a 27-14 loss to Pinson Valley (Ala.). Florence (0-1) plays at Muscle Shoals on Friday.
*WR Adam Hopkins, Thomasville (Ga.) Thomas County Central: In a 50-7 win over Cairo (Ga.), Hopkins had five catches for 114 yards and three touchdowns. Thomas County Central (1-0) plays at Thomasville (Ga.) on Friday.
Several Auburn targets came up big last week
S DaKaari Nelson, Selma (Ala.): Selma lost to Beauregard (Ala.) 21-16. Nelson, a Penn State commitment, had an interception in the loss. Selma (0-1) plays at Selma Southside on Friday.

*RB Roderick Robinson II, San Diego (Calif.) Lincoln: In a 56-0 win over Sacramento (Calif.) Capital Christian, the UCLA commit rushed for 186 yards and four touchdowns on only eight carries and played just one half. Lincoln (1-0) plays at Mission Hills (Calif.) Alemany on Friday.
*TE Jelani Thurman, Fairburn (Ga.) Langston Hughes: Beat Spartanburg (S.C.) 47-16. The 6-foot-5, 225-pound Ohio State commitment and Auburn flip candidate hauled in a touchdown pass and a two point conversion in the win. Langston Hughes plays at Powder Springs (Ga.) McEachern on Friday.
*2024 edge Sterling Dixon, Mobile Christian School (Ala.): Mobile Christian beat Pike Liberal Arts (Ala.) 35-3 in its season opener. The Auburn target recorded 3 sacks, 4 tackles for loss and 3 quarterback hurries in limited action. Mobile Christian (1-0) plays at Athens Academy (Ga.) on Friday.
2024 QB Air Noland, Fairburn (Ga.) Langston Hughes: Beat Spartanburg (S.C.) 47-16. Per Georgia High School Football Daily, Noland was 13-of-16 passing for 193 yard and four touchdowns. Langston Hughes plays at Powder Springs (Ga.) McEachern on Friday.
