Top JUCO CB Keionte Scott commits to Auburn over Tennessee
Keionte Scott, regarded as the top junior college cornerback in the 2022 class, has committed to Auburn.
Scott, from Snow College in Ephraim, Utah, announced his decision Wednesday morning on Twitter.
Scott chose Auburn over Tennessee, Oregon and Arizona, among others.
AU official visit big factor for Scott
Scott took an official visit to Auburn for the Iron Bowl.
It’s there and then that he met extensively with coach Bryan Harsin and cornerbacks coach Zac Etheridge.

“Coach Harsin and Coach Etheridge, getting to sit down with them and talk face to face and how they see me was really good,” Scott said. “Coach Etheridge is a good dude. We’ve built a great relationship in the time we’ve been talking.”
Scott is the 16h commitment in Auburn’s 2022 class and fifth defensive back. He joins cornerbacks JaDarian Rhym and Austin Ausberry and safeties Marquise Gilbert and Caleb Wooden.
On3 ranks Scott the No. 4 overall junior college player in the class.
