Billy Napier driving Florida Gators recruits around in Maybach Benz
GAINESVILLE, Fla. — First the Lambo, now the Maybach. Florida coach Billy Napier is riding in style this weekend with the official visitors on campus.
Last year, the Gators brought out a blue Lamborghini for their official visit weekends in June and continued to utilize the vehicle during recruiting photoshoots throughout the 2023 cycle.
This month, Napier leveled up with a Mercedes-Benz Maybach SUV for UF’s first official visit weekend with the 2014 class. The Gators hosted a whopping 17 recruits on campus, including seven top-100 overall prospects.
IMG Academy teammates David Stone and Jayden Jackson both shared Instagram videos of Billy Napier driving them around in the Maybach.
Stone is sitting shotgun with Napier as he looks behind at Jackson, who hasn’t hopped in yet.
“Come on man, get in here,” Napier tells Jackson. “Get in here big dog.”
“Get in?” Jackson asks.
“Yeah, get in Jay!” Stone says.
“Daaang! Oooh! Dang coach,” Jackson says as soon as he takes a seat, with Stone giving a wide-eyed expression on camera.

Jackson then posted a video of himself riding in the back and shows off the Maybach’s interior.
“Speakers sound good in here, coach?” Jackson asks Napier.
“Yeah, what do y’all want to listen to?” Napier responds.
Each one of the official visitors received a ride with Napier in the Maybach this weekend. Florida defensive lineman Chris McClellan was impressed with Napier’s new wheels.
“Who else head coach pulling up in a Maybach. Nobody do it like the Gators @CoachBNapier,” McClellan wrote on Instagram, adding the hashtag #MaybachBilly on his next IG story.
Gators outside linebacker Princely Umanmielen first spotted the Maybach on Thursday in Napier’s parking spot at the Heavener Football Training Center.
“Bro, why my coach got a big body Maybach?” Umanmielen said in a video as he walked up on the SUV.
