AUSTIN, Texas — The Florida Gators issued their last availability report on Saturday along with Texas. It’s the final of four injury reports that will be released before the Gators (4-4, 2-3 SEC) face the No. 5 Longhorns (7-1, 5-1 SEC) on Saturday at 12 p.m. on ABC.

Freshman quarterback DJ Lagway and senior running back Montrell Johnson Jr. are both listed as game-time decisions, as Gators Online reported would be the case. Lagway is dealing with a hamstring injury this week and will try to give it a go in pregame warmups, while Johnson has missed the last two games with a knee injury and was a game-time decision last week against Georgia.

Redshirt freshman QB Aidan Warner, a preferred walk-on transfer from Yale, will make his career start if Lagway doesn’t play. True freshman Jadan Baugh or redshirt junior Ja’Kobi Jackson will get the start at running back in the event that Johnson can’t go.

Starting cornerback Dijon Johnson was removed from Saturday’s injury report after being placed back on Friday and listed as questionable. Johnson and fellow sophomore Cormani McClain are expected to start with corners Jason Marshall Jr., Devin Moore and Ja’Keem Jackson out.

The Gators are missing 12 players Saturday, including nine starters, and they could be without two more in Lagway and Johnson.
