Florida Gators baseball 2024 SEC schedule released
GAINESVILLE, Fla. — The Florida Gators won the 2023 SEC Championship and will look to repeat in 2024. Wednesday the Southeastern Conference released the SEC weekend matchups for the entire conference and the Gators will have a tough road to reclaim the SEC crown.
The SEC schedule runs over 10 weekends with five home series and five road series. This year the Gators will host Texas A&M, Mississippi State, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Kentucky. The Gators will travel to defending National Champion LSU, Missouri, Vanderbilt, Arkansas, and Georgia. The SEC Tournament will be held in Hoover, Alabama from May 21-26.

The Gators finished the 2023 season with a 54-17 (20-10) record and shared the SEC title with Arkansas. Florida made it to the SEC Tournament semifinal on its way to earning a National Seed. Florida beat FAMU, UConn, and Texas Tech to advance out of the Gainesville Regional. Florida swept South Carolina in the the Gainesville Super Regional on their way to making the College World Series.
The Gators won their first three games to advance to the College World Series Final against LSU. Florida fell to the Tigers on the final day of the season to finish National Runner Up.
