Florida's Ben Chase named NIL Director of the Year

GAINESVILLE, Fla. — The University of Florida’s Ben Chase was named the NIL Director of the Year on Monday by the NIL Store. Chase was one of five finalists announced last week.
The award recognizes “the NIL director who went above and beyond on behalf on their student-athletes in collaboration with the NIL Store,” which Chase and UF partnered with last May.
NIL Store vice president Adam Cook shared a video message for Chase on social media Monday.
“I want to congratulate Ben Chase from the University of Florida on this year’s NIL Director of the Year,” Cook said. “Ben is not only a great NIL director, but from the jump he has been advocating and creating a vision for his athletes at the University of Florida. Nobody works on behalf of their athletes more authentically than Ben Chase.”
The NIL store also posted a video from UF softball player Keagan Rothrock congratulating Chase on the award.
