GAINESVILLE, Fla. — Florida Gators sophomore defensive back Avery Helm will enter the NCAA Transfer Portal, sources told Gators Online. Helm cannot officially enter the transfer portal until December 5.
Helm confirmed the news via his Twitter.
A class of 2020 signee, Helm was a consensus four-star prospect who chose the Gators over Texas, Texas A&M, TCU and Arizona.
An early addition to the class of 2020, Helm was a mainstay in the Florida Gators’ class as he committed in April 2019.
