Florida Gators' kickoff time against Missouri Tigers revealed
GAINESVILLE, Fla. — The Florida Gators and No. 16 Missouri Tigers are set for a 7:30 p.m. kickoff airing on ESPN, the Southeastern Conference (SEC) announced Monday.
Since joining the conference in 2012, Florida and Missouri have had a back and forth series with several odd games. The all-time series is tied 6-6 with the Gators owing a 4-2 record in Gainesville and the Tigers a 3-2 mark in Columbia. Florida defeated Mizzou last year 24-17 featuring a 49-yard interception return for a touchdown by Jaydon Hill as the Gators ran for 231 yards led by Montrell Johnson Jr. with 86 and Trevor Etienne adding 83.
“It’s always good to win on homecoming. I think that we talked specifically to the team about taking great pride and representing such a special place. The University of Florida is a special and unique place. It’s impacting a lot of lives for the better. I think our guys worked extremely hard to be well prepared today,” Billy Napier said after the win in 2022. “

“It was a team win. It wasn’t necessarily the best of any of the three phases of the game, but we did just enough. To score on defense, to have a game changing play on the punt return, to rush for 200 yards. Certainly, Anthony [Richardson] made his plays that impacted the game. Defensively, at times, we played really good out there. Obviously, gave up some third downs. It was truly a team win. The intangibles that we developed with this group of players, I’m proud of that. They continued to respond and play through the ups and downs of the game. We are thankful. Good team win.”
Florida will host its final home game against No. 4 Florida State on Nov. 15. Kickoff time and network selection will be announced for the game at a later date.
