Florida Gators release availability report for game at Mississippi State

GAINESVILLE, Fla. — The Florida Gators released their availability report ahead of their first road game against the Mississippi State Bulldogs.

“This availability reporting policy is intended to reduce pressure from outside entities seeking participation information and represents a commitment of our 16 institutions to provide enhanced transparency to support efforts to protect our student-athletes and the integrity of competition,” said SEC Commissioner Greg Sankey.

The four pre-game designations are

  • Out (i.e., will not play/0% chance to play);
  • Doubtful (i.e., unlikely to play/25% chance to play);
  • Questionable (i.e., uncertain to play/50% chance to play); or
  • Probable (i.e., probable to play/75% chance to play).

Last week the Gators played without receiver Ja’Quavion Fraziars, defensive back Ja’Keem Jackson, tight end Keon Zipperer, safety Asa Turner, receiver Kahleil Jackson, defensive back Ahman Covington, tight end Caleb Rillos, receiver Brian Green, defenisve lineman Jamari Lyons, receiver Andy Jean, and receievr Eugene Wilson.

The Gators will be without star receiver, Eugene Wilson this week. Additionaly, Aaron Gates and Roderick Kearny were added to the report and won’t be able to play this weekend.
