WATCH: Highlights from Florida's first spring practice
GAINESVILLE, Fla. — The Florida Gators were back on the football field Thursday for the start of spring camp. The team held its first of 15 practices that will take place over the next month.
Thursday provided the first look at two dozen newcomers from UF’s 2025 recruiting class, including 19 early enrollees from the high school ranks and five additions from the transfer portal.
Check out some footage from Florida’s first practice below, including clips of new quarterback transfer Harrison Bailey and wide receiver signee Dallas Wilson.
“Dallas Wilson is a mutant,” director of strength and conditioning Tyler Miles said. “He’s a great young man. He’s still young. You come in that young, the young guys always make us look like geniuses. As long as they’re working out — we teach them how to work out the right way and how to run properly and all that — like, they’re going to make massive gains, massive strides.”
