Game notes

* Wednesday marks the 120th meeting between Florida and Ole Miss. The Gators lead the all-time series 70-49 with a 43-12 mark in Gainesville.

* The Gators have already wrapped up the 2-seed in the SEC Tournament and look to continue making their case for a 1-seed in the NCAA Tournament.

* Florida’s 26 regular season wins match the team’s 2006-07 tally for UF’s second-most all-time, surpassed only by the Gators’ 29 wins in the 2013-14 regular season.

* Florida will honor its three senior guards who will be playing their final game at the O’Dome. The trio’s 1,303 combined points account for more than half of the Gators’ total points (2,529) this season.

* Florida has posted wins against top-12 opponents in back-to-back games. UF had only previously done so once during regular season play, defeating No. 7 Alabama and No. 5 Vanderbilt in consecutive outings in March 1974.

* Walter Clayton Jr. is having a two-season run that ranks among the all-time best in Florida history. His 1,127 points are the third-most by a Gator over two seasons in program history, trailing only Neal Walk (1,312) and Nick Calathes (1,170). His 172 3-pointers are the fifth-most by a Gator over two seasons. Clayton has also made a 3-pointer in a UF-record 52 consecutive appearances.

* Alex Condon had a career night in the win at Alabama with 27 points, 10 rebounds. He is just the fifth player this century to hit those marks in a top-10 road win.
