Roughly 48 hours ago, Gators Online first reported that four-star defensive linemen Jordan Hall and John Walker, a UCF commit, would likely be visiting the Gators tonight.
Earlier tonight, Walker told me he was pulling up to the stadium. His attendance for tonight was always more likely, so his arrival was not much of a surprise.
Hall, however, was viewed as a tossup, but earlier today I reported that Hall’s father informed UF of the family’s plans to be in attendance tonight. And moments ago, GO’s Donavon Keiser confirmed his attendance. The Jacksonville native was decked out in Gators gear as well.
Hall, 6-foot-3.5, 310 pounds, ranks as the No. 4 defensive lineman and No. 27 player overall in the On300.
“(Jamar) Chaney asked if I was willing to come this weekend for the UK game. I don’t know what time the game is. Hopefully I can get there. ACT Saturday morning,” Hall said to On3 earlier this week.
According to On3’s Recruiting Prediction Machine, Georgia is trending with odds of nearly 80 percent. Hall recently said that Miami is the school recruiting him the hardest, but as for the Gators, that connection is as good as it gets. It’s the school that has received the most visits as well.

“That’s one of those visits I had to do. I hadn’t been there in a minute and was kind of missing it,” Hall said of his July trip to Gainesville.
“Florida is probably going to be one of the teams to beat in my recruitment. With it being so close and the love they’ve shown since the new staff came in, like, my first time ever meeting coach Napier, I had a visit set to Miami. I couldn’t get to Miami, but I can get to Gainesville. I told him, ‘I’m there.’
“Honestly, ever since that day, our connection with that coaching staff has probably been the best outside of Georgia and I’d probably say Miami. That’s probably the closest coaching staff connects that I have with anybody, if not the best.”
