Welcome to the Gators Online Show! For episode 45, co-hosts Zach Abolverdi and Nick de la Torre discuss the Gators’ first scrimmage, what they’ve learned so far in spring camp, how the UF players performed at Pro Day and more.
The episode begins with a scrimmage recap. Abolverdi and de la Torre share their takeaways from Tuesday’s practice in The Swamp, some of the highlights and standouts from the scrimmage and the areas of concern with the team.

Abolverdi and de la Torre reflect on what they’ve learned about the Gators through nine spring practices. They breakdown some of the biggest position battles, which players have been standouts in camp and how the newcomers have performed.
Abolverdi and de la Torre then give their thoughts on Florida’s Pro Day, where quarterback Anthony Richardson could be picked after impressing NFL personnel on Thursday and how many Gators could be selected in the 2023 NFL Draft.

The guys wrap up the show by discussing O’Cyrus Torrence receiving his All-American brick outside of Ben Hill Griffin Stadium and Florida baseball returning home this weekend for a three-game series against Auburn.
