Welcome to the Gators Online Show! For episode 124, we discuss the latest transfer portal updates and recap what we learned about Florida in spring camp.
We open the show with portal news. We react to the fallout from UF parting ways with redshirt safety Gregory Smith III, who announced his intentions to transfer, reconsidered that decision before ultimately deciding to move on. We also reveal a couple of potential targets for the Florida coaches as well as their biggest needs in the spring portal.
Keith Niebuhr and I also share our takeaways from the Orange & Blue Game and what we learned during spring football camp. We wrap up the episode with the latest on the UF men’s basketball team. The Gators landed Princeton guard Xaivian Lee but lost three players to the portal this week and had two starters declare for the 2025 NBA Draft.
