Another day, another quarterback offer from Florida coach Billy Napier.
The latest addition to UF’s recruiting board is five-star QB Nico Iamaleava, the nation’s No. 5 overall recruit in the On3 Consensus.
According to his Instagram, the 6-foot-5, 195-pound Iamaleava was offered Wednesday by Napier and wide receivers coach Kearby Colbert, his area recruiter.
“Extremely blessed to receive an offer from The University of Florida! Thank you Coach Napier and Coach Colbert for giving me the opportunity to further my education,” Iamaleava posted.
Iamaleava is the third quarterback to receive a tender from Napier and his staff this week. UF extended offers Wednesday to five-star QB Dante Moore and top-100 QB Dylan Lonergan.
Gators Online first reported a few weeks ago that Moore, who is ranked No. 15 nationally in the On3 Consensus, is expected in Gainesville later this month.

Napier didn’t sign a high school quarterback in his transition class but added Ohio State transfer Jack Miller. Florida will begin practice Tuesday with five scholarships QBs, including returning starter Emory Jones and Anthony Richardson.
