SEC Nation heading to Jacksonville for the Florida-Georgia game
For the third time this season, SEC Nation will broadcast from the site of a Florida Gators football game next week. SEC Network announced Saturday that its weekly traveling show is heading to Jacksonville, Fla. as the Gators face No. 2-ranked Georgia at EverBank Stadium on Nov. 2 at 3:30 p.m.
The show will be located at Lot P outside EverBank Stadium from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. ET. Florida graduate Laura Rutledge, in her eight season as the host of SEC Nation (ninth overall), is joined on the show by Paul Finebaum, Roman Harper, Jordan Rodgers and Gator Great Tim Tebow for a weekly breakdown of the SEC football action.
SEC Nation Presented by Academy Sports + Outdoors has already been to two UF games in 2024, coming to Gainesville for the season opener against Miami and returning to the Plaza of the Americas two weeks later for the first SEC game against Texas A&M. Next Saturday will be the 102nd matchup in the storied rivalry between Florida and Georgia, with the Bulldogs leading the series 55-44-2.
It all begins on Friday with The Paul Finebaum Show. Fans are encouraged to arrive before the show goes live from 3 p.m until 7 p.m. ET. On Saturday for SEC Nation at 9 a.m., fans can show up early to secure a spot at the front for a chance to meet the talent, be on TV and win giveaways. Everbank Stadium Lot J will be the location for The Paul Finebaum Show Presented by Johnsonville.
Additionally, Marty & McGee Presented by Old Trapper will be live on Saturday morning from 9-10 a.m. ET at each location, as Marty Smith and Ryan McGee meet at the intersection of southern lifestyle and college football to bring viewers the latest headlines, Hillbilly and otherwise, across the SEC landscape. Marty & McGee will be live on the road with SEC Nation every Saturday this fall.
SEC Nation’s new theme song, commemorating the program’s 10 season on air and new era for the conference as a whole, was written and recorded by Florida alumnus Brooke Eden.
