“Basically, it’s my relationship with all the coaches and what they have planned for the program and everything they are doing. That’s just where I feel at home.
“I have a good relationship with everybody there, but I talk to (offensive line assistant) coach (Cheston) Blackshear and (offensive coordinator) coach (Rob) Sale the most. I also talk to coach Napier a lot too, but it’s pretty much the whole coaching staff, honestly.”
Scouting Report on Bryce Lovett
This is an aggressive kid who does a good job of pumping his legs until the whistle is blown. He is an impressive drive blocker who overwhelms the majority of his opponents. If they are not ran into the turf, Lovett makes sure they are a non factor.

However, there are times he needs to do a better job of sinking his hips and playing with leverage. As he gets stronger and becomes more consistent in those departments, his game should reach another level, especially when it comes to run blocking. Lovett has a decent frame with not much bad weight attached to it, so that is intriguing as well.
The Gators plan to start him out at offensive tackle but are open to moving inside to guard. Lovett is also fairly athletic with decent footwork, but I believe his style of play is best suited for guard. He is definitely more advanced in the run game; however, it’s still very early into his career.
As a pass protector, Lovett shows good patience and does a good job of stunning his opponent once they get close. There are things to work on from a technique standpoint; however, having a handful of staff members assigned to the offensive line will be a major benefit for him in Gainesville.
