SOCIAL SLANT: Reaction to UF's commitment from Gainesville native Gavin Hill
The Gators were in the headlines on Saturday evening, as four-star defensive lineman Gavin Hill announced his commitment to Florida.
Hill, who straps up the pads for Gainesville (Fla.) Buchholz, checks in as the No. 37 defensive lineman and No. 258 player regardless of position. That is according to the the On3 Consensus. He is the eighth prospect to join forces with UF’s 2023 class.
Hill earned additional offers from Auburn, Miami, Kentucky, Mississippi State, N.C. State and Louisville among others.
