Social Slant: What they're saying about the Florida Gators' blowout win over No. 12 Auburn
The more Quad 1 wins for the Florida Gators, the better as Todd Golden’s team continues to push for a berth in the NCAA Tournament. And Saturday, Florida added another one — and it was a blowout.
The Gators led from the start and never relented in an 81-65 win over No. 12 Auburn at the O’Dome. Florida now has won 15 straight home against the Tigers at home.
Guards Riley Kugel (22 points), Walter Clayton (20) and Zyon Pullin (19) paced the Gators, who improved to 16-7 overall, 6-4 in the SEC. This was Florida’s second Quad 1 victory of the season in nine games.
