It's official: Princeton transfer PG Xaivian Lee signs with Florida

GAINESVILLE, Fla. — Xaivian Lee is officially a Florida Gator. The Princeton transfer point guard has signed with UF, a team spokesman told Gators Online. He has one year of eligibility left.
Lee committed to Florida last Wednesday after his official visit. He’s the first transfer signee in UF’s 2025 class, which also includes two top-50 overall recruits in the On3 Industry rankings.
Lee joins four-star guards Alex Lloyd and CJ Ingram, the nation’s No. 25 prospect who also signed with the Gators on Monday. Lloyd, who ranks No. 45 nationally, signed in November.

Todd Golden on Lee
“We are elated to welcome Xaivian Lee into our program here at the University of Florida. We strive to identify high-achieving young men who excel in all areas of their lives, and Xaivian is a great example. Xaivian is an electric play-maker that is an equal threat to score or facilitate off the bounce. He does a great job of leading the team, putting his teammates in position to be successful while taking great care of the basketball. While our three senior leaders move on from the perimeter, it was really important to add someone of Xaivian’s caliber both as a player and as a person.”
