Details released for FSU baseball coach Link Jarrett's new contract extension

After leading Florida State to the semifinals of the College World Series in just his second season, Jarrett has received a new contract extension that will pay him $1.05 million in 2024-25 and escalate each year from there.
News of the contract extension broke in late June, but the terms of the deal are now available following a public records request to the university.
According to the contract, which now runs through the 2031 season, Jarrett will make the following in base salary:
***2024-25 — $1.05 million
***2025-26 — $1.1 million

***2027-28 — $1.225 million

***2030-31 — $1.575 million

The Seminoles reached the championship game of the ACC Tournament, posted a 49-17 record, won NCAA Tallahassee regional and super regional tournaments and made the semifinals at the College World Series.
