NEW COMMIT -- 3-Star Wihtlley Cadeau commits to Florida State
Florida State landed its first commitment of the official visit season in three-star defensive linemen Wihtelly Cadeau.
“I love the history behind Florida State,” Wihtlley told On3. “The coaching staff is great too. I have a lot of love for them. The environment and the players fit me too.”
Accoridng to the On3 industry rankings, Cadeau is the 871st ranked prospect in the 2026 class, as well as the 81st best defensive linemen.
This commitment comes off a last second official visit to Florida State for Cadeau. The 6-foot-5, 280-pound recruit committed over the weekend during the visit.
While being a three-star prospect, Cadeau had started acculimating big time offers. This includes Georgia, Florida, and South Carolina.

According to GatorsOnline’s Corey Bender, he had already official visits set up to Georgia and Mississippi State, while looking to schedule visits with Florida and Cincinnati. It is unknown if the Atlanta product will still take those tips.
