FSU CB Azareye’h Thomas declares for NFL Draft
The Florida State Seminoles have lost their third defensive starter to the NFL Draft, as cornerback Azareye’h Thomas announced Saturday evening that he is going pro.
Thomas was a full-time starter this season and was considered one of the top defensive backs in the ACC. In 2023, he was FSU’s first cornerback off the bench.
Thomas joins fellow starters and defensive tackles Joshua Farmer and Darrell Jackson, both of whom also have declared for the draft.
As a junior this fall, Thomas recorded 36 tackles with four pass breakups and one interception. He earned Honorable Mention All-ACC honors.
