FSU QB Tommy Castellanos launches 'Tally Strong' clothing line to raise money for victims
Tommy Castellanos has only been a member of the Florida State football team for a few months, but he has long had a connection to the university as a lifelong fan of the Seminoles.
Castellanos now is using his platform as Florida State’s projected starting quarterback to help the FSU community recover from last Thursday’s tragic shooting.
With the help of his marketing agency, Just Win Management Group, Castellanos has launched a “Tally Strong” clothing line that is designed to raise money for victims of the shooting and other students who need financial assistance.
“100% of proceeds from Tally Strong apparel sold will be donated to the FSU Student Emergency Fund and verified GoFundMe Fundraisers supporting victims and their families,” Castellanos’ website, TommyCastellanos.com, states.
Castellanos plans to donate half of the money raised to the GoFundMe accounts and the other half to the emergency fund.

Joe Hernandez, a former Florida State football player who is founder and CEO of Just Win Management, said Castellanos was eager to lend a hand.
“Tommy was ready to jump into action for the community after the heinous acts that took place on April 17th and figured this was a great, immediate way to support and unify the resilient community,” Hernandez told Warchant. “We’ve had success in the past raising money through unifying shirts, and without hesitation, Tommy was ready to move forward.”
Last Thursday’s shooting left two dead and six injured on the Florida State campus. As of Monday evening, more than $180,000 had been raised for victims through the verified GoFundMe accounts.
