IMG point guard Cam Miles commits to FSU men's basketball
Luke Loucks has landed his second commitment from the high school ranks as three-star guard Cam Miles of IMG Academy has given his pledge to the FSU men’s basketball team.
“Coach Loucks, he was an NBA coach, player development all the good guards and he was a guard himself, so I’d thought I’d be taken care of from the guard spot, I know I’ll be developed, my game will get developed well.” Miles told Warchant.
Miles, who previously was committed to Temple, visited FSU this week and quickly committed to the Seminoles’ staff.
According to the On3 Industry Rankings, Miles is the 176th-best player in the country, the 24th-ranked point guard and the 19th-best player in Florida.
Miles most recently played at IMG Academy in Bradenton, but prior to that played at AZ Compass Prep National in Chandler, Ariz. The top-200 recruit is originally from Orlando.

The former Temple commit, who backed out of that pledge early this month, is the first point guard Loucks has received a commitment from. But FSU is still expected to sign an experienced point guard out of the transfer portal.
Miles joins Overtime Elite’s Thomas Bassong as the first two members of Loucks first high school recruiting class.
