INJURY NEWS: Florida State RB ruled out, offensive lineman a game-time decision against Miami
Florida State (1-6, 1-5 ACC) will be without one or more key contributors as it faces No. 6 Miami (7-0, 3-0) in a prime time tilt Saturday night (7 p.m. ET, ESPN).
A team spokesman confirmed that running back Kam Davis will be unavailable and offensive lineman Darius Washington will be a game-time decision. Details were not provided by FSU, but both appeared to sustain minor injuries in the fourth quarter of the Seminoles’ 23-16 loss to Duke.
Davis, a true freshman from Albany, GA, has rushed for 131 yards on the season. Washington, a first team All-ACC player in 2023, has started in six of Florida State’s seven games this season at left tackle.
