Led by redshirt freshman offensive lineman Jaylen Early, who has apparently made a dramatic body transformation, more than 40 Florida State football players have seen significant changes to their weights, according to the Seminoles’ newly released 2023 media guide.

Early, a Texas native and former four-star recruit, was previously listed on the official Florida State website at 6-foot-4 and 324 pounds. He now has dropped 25 pounds and is listed at 299.

While no other Seminoles posted changes to that extreme, a total of 14 players saw additions or subtractions of at least 10 pounds. Here’s a look at those notable movers for Florida State:

Senior defensive tackle Fabien Lovett has dropped 10 pounds and is now listed at 6-4, 318. Redshirt freshman Daniel Lyons has also dropped 10 pounds and now checks in at 6-4, 288.

There were several major size changes at defensive end, with players adding or losing weight.

South Carolina transfer Gilber Edmond was previously listed at 6-4 and 245 pounds, but he now checks in at 6-4, 257. Junior college transfer Jaden Jones is up 14 pounds to 6-5, 252, and redshirt freshman Aaron Hester is up 14 pounds to 6-2, 241.
