Warchant TV: Florida State 58, North Alabama 13; Mike Norvell postgame press conference
No. 4 Florida State rallied back from a 13 point deficit on the scoreboard and the jarring loss of its starting quarterback with a resounding 58 unanswered points to push past FCS opponent North Alabama 58-13
Afterwards, head coach Mike Norvell, who did not have an update or an injury designation on Jordan Travis, spoke about the response from this team. “When Jordan went down that was something that nobody ever wants to see a player go down,” said Norvell. “I don’t have any updates tonight so everybody’s aware but I was proud of the way our guys responded.”
“It was emotional. It was emotional for everybody.”
Tate Rodemaker finished the game 13-of-23 for 217 yards and two touchdowns after Travis went down.
DB Jarrian Jones, who has interceptions in back-to-back games, broke the ceremonial rock.
