Florida State returned to preseason practice on Sunday after a one day respite which saw players with the day off but coaches hosting a slew of recruiting visitors.
Following the 25 period session, head coach Mike Norvell shared his satisfaction with the energy in practice after a day off. Norvell was asked about the play of Hykeem Williams, Cam Riley and KJ Sampson

Florida State opens the 2024 season in the Aer Lingus College Football classic vs. Georgia Tech on Aug. 24 in Aviva Stadium in Dublin, Ireland.
The Seminoles finished the 2023 season 13-1 with an ACC Championship and its first New Year’s Six bowl berth in 7 seasons.

Florida State has added 14 players from the transfer portal and a high school recruiting class that finished 14th in the 2024 cycle. The 2025 early signing period for prep signees begins Wednesday December 4 and closes on December 6.
