Florida State (1-9, 1-7) continued game week practice with a 25 period session on Wednesday morning as the Seminoles, amid a six-game losing streak, prepare for FCS opponent Charleston Southern (1-10).
Footage in the video above focuses on the Florida State quarterbacks and defensive drill work during individual periods of Wednesday’s practice.
Florida State will continue game week prep on Thursday morning and remains a 33.5 point favorite over the Buccaneers.

Florida State’s next opponent, Charleston Southern, fell to 1-10 after a 16-13 OT loss to Eastern Illinois. The Buccaneers rank 120th out of 123 teams in the FCS in scoring offense (14.8 ppg)
The Seminoles are idle this week and will host Charleston Southern on Nov. 23rd — it will be the season finale for the Buccaneers. Florida State will finish the season vs. Florida on November 30th in Doak Campbell Stadium.

Florida State’s high school recruiting class for 2025 currently sits outside the On3 Top 20 team rankings. The 2025 early signing period for prep signees begins Wednesday December 4 and closes on December 6.
The transfer portal will open for business Monday, Dec. 9, 2024, and closes Saturday, Dec. 28, 2024.
