Warchant TV: Video tour of renovations at FSU's Doak Campbell Stadium
Five months from today, FSU will unveil its newly renovated Doak Campbell Stadium when the Seminoles host the Alabama Crimson Tide.
While the changes shouldn’t have much of an impact on the play on the field, the game-day experience will be very different for fans on the West side of the stadium and in the Champions Club in the South end zone.
Instead of being filled with bleachers throughout the entire West stands, there now will be a variety of premium seating options, including Founder’s Suites, Founder’s Loge boxes, a club seating section, chairbacks and a limited number of bleachers.
The Champions Club, West premium boxes and the West club level seats are all sold out, according to FSU.
The West chairbacks — which feature wider wider seats and more leg room than the previous bleachers — are only about 40 percent sold so far. They will be on sale to existing season ticket holders through April 10, then they will be made available to the general public.

The bleacher seats are 50 percent sold and are now open to the public.
There also are major enhancements being made to the concourses, concessions and restroom facilities. The lower-level concourse on that side of the stadium is being widened from 20 to 42 feet, and there will be a greater number of bathrooms and concession options.
The entire project is expected to be completed by July, and FSU will open the season Aug. 30 against Alabama.
