The Florida State rushing attack broke loose for nearly 300 yards on the ground this past Saturday against Virginia Tech after a relatively slow start to the season. Junior running back Trey Benson led the way with 200 yards and two touchdowns on just 11 carries.

In this Warchant TV breakdown by former Florida State football player Dominic Robinson and Warchant’s Tom Lang, we take a detailed look at why the Seminoles had a difficult time running the ball against Clemson before busting out against the Hokies.

Robinson is a former FSU wide receiver and defensive back, who has coached on the high school and college levels. He also owns and operates 3D Sports Performance in Arizona.
