4-star DL Justin Greene officially signs with Georgia
Lawrenceville (Ga.) Mountain View defensive lineman Justin Greene is officially a Georgia Bulldog. Greene committed to the Bulldogs back on June 6.
Greene is the No. 162 overall prospect in the On3 Rankings for the class of 2024. Georgia beat out South Carolina, Auburn, LSU and others for Greene.
Greene took an official visit to Georgia back on June 2, four days before he committed. That visit shifted the trajectory for Greene and Georgia.
The Bulldogs’ culture and potential development made a long-term impact on the four-star defensive lineman. Greene also looked deeply into Georgia’s scheme.

“It’s definitely how they are going to develop me,” Greene told DawgsHQ back on June 6. “All those draft picks they’ve put out lately have made it clear what they can do defensive linemen. I definitely think they can help me with my journey and just with where I want to go and what I want to do with my life after college.”
Greene feels he can make an early impact.
“I’m pretty certain that I’d be able to rotate in when I get there, they don’t really have any defensive ends,” Greene said back in June. “I think I can make an impact early.”
