WATCH: Brock Bowers makes insane catch on 73-yard touchdown vs. Florida
Wild things happen in The World’s Largest Outdoor Cocktail Party and the 2022 edition gave us more of that in the second quarter. Georgia tight end Brock Bowers was covered tightly on the play and the pass was tipped, but it bounced off the Florida defender’s helmet. It fell right into Bowers’ hands, who turned it into a 73-yard touchdown.

Pregame
- Moment of silence at TIAA Bank Field for Vince Dooley following his Friday passing
- STORY: Here’s Georgia’s 70-man travel roster in full for today’s game against Florida. Notably, wide receiver AD Mitchell is indeed not available for today’s game. He made the trip but is dressed out in street clothes rather that in uniform. STORY
- Appears as if Georgia only has four cornerbacks with them: Kelee Ringo, Kamari Lassiter, Daylen Everette and Nyland Green
- STORY: Another notable Georgia player that is dressed out in football pants and going through their pregame routine is tight end Arik Gilbert. Gilbert was not dressed out last time the Bulldogs made a road trip to Missouri and did not travel at all for South Carolina. Green on the other hand has battled injuries so far this season
- Kendall Milton is on the field and stretching before the entire team gets out. Most of the guys on the field are wearing t-shirt and football pants. Milton is in shorts for what it’s worth.
- Nine Georgia wide receivers are out on the field working with Bryan McClendon in the early stages of pregame warmups: Kearis Jackson, Ladd McConkey, Arian Smith, Dominick Blaylock, Marcus Rosemy-Jacksaint, Dillon Bell, Jackson Meeks, DeNylon Morrissette and Cole Speer. No AD Mitchell.
- STORY: Flip card depth charts are out and there’s a couple of interesting changes. Whether they are worth anything or not remains to be seen. However, Ladd McConkey and Arian Smith are listed as co-starters at the flanker receiver spot, Dillon Bell has been moved from flanker to the split end spot and Jackson Meeks is listed as a flanker as well. Meanwhile, McConkey is not listed on the depth chart as a punt returner. Co-starters there are Kearis Jackson and Dominick Blaylock.
