The Big Picture
Georgia always needs defensive linemen. This is one of this class’ elites. Georgia landed five-star Elijah Griffin last year and has commitments from junior college transfer Seven Cloud, four-star Carter Luckie and three-star Corey Howard.
Adding Johnson would inject some more star power into this class and potentially form an elite tandem with Griffin and others in the future.
Georgia rotates a ton, so Johnson could be a key piece of the present and the future should he land at Georgia.
