Georgia Basketball to participate in non-conference tournament
News about Georgia Basketball’s non-conference schedule for 2023-24 came out on Thursday. According to Jon Rothstein of CBS Sports, the Bulldogs will be the fourth team in the 2023 Baha Mar Bahamas Hoops Championship. The rest of the field includes Miami, who made the Final Four this past season, along with Kansas State and Providence, both of whom made the NCAA Tournament.
Georgia has added a couple of players lately including three in the top 100 of the On3 Industry Ranking. IMG Academy four-star shooting guard Blue Cain committed to Georgia on Wednesday less than a month after the commitment of point guard Silas Demary Jr. Both Cain and Demary signed elsewhere in November before getting out of their National Letters of Intent from Georgia Tech and USC respectively. Dylan James and Mari Jordan signed with Georgia in November out of the high school ranks.
