Georgia is entering its ninth NFL Draft under Kirby Smart and the resume is already impressive. The Bulldogs have set multiple school and national records in the draft and they could set another when the 2025 event is over.

Two teams are widely-regarded as the best of all time and certainly in the modern era– the 2001 Miami Hurricanes and the 2017 Alabama Crimson Tide. Miami had 38 players drafted off of its National Championship squad with an incredible 17 first-round players on that team. Alabama won the national championship, beating Georgia with their 2017 roster. That one produced 47 NFL players.

Taking a deeper look at Georgia’s 2021 National Championship team, DawgsHQ has broken the drafted players down by round. The Bulldogs have already had 36 players drafted from that 2021 team. Fifteen more players who dressed out for Georgia in the 2021 National Championship game, a 33-15 win for the Dawgs, are included in this year’s draft.

If 12 of the 15 players in this year’s draft are selected, with four more still in college for the 2025 season, the 2021 Georgia team will break the record for most NFL Draft picks on one roster.

2025 NFL Draft (15): Jamon Dumas- Johnson, Arian Smith, Jackson Meeks, Smael Mondon, Chaz Chambliss, Bill Norton, Dan Jackson, Tate Ratledge, Dylan Fairchild, Jared Wilson, Clay Webb, Xavier Truss, Ty Ingram-Dawkins, Warren Brinson, Nazir Stackhouse.

Players still on college rosters (4): Carson Beck (Miami), Micah Morris (Georgia), Jonathan Jefferson (SMU), Austin Blaske (North Carolina)
