Georgia DL Christen Miller is returning for the 2025 season
A key cog in Georgia’s defense has decided that he’s coming back for another season. Redshirt sophomore defensive lineman Christen Miller says that he is returning for the 2025 season, an announcement he made via instagram.
“I’m coming back,” Miller said in the caption. “But this time, (I’m) coming for everything.”
The Cedar Grove High School product has spent three seasons at UGA and he has been a key contributor in the past two. He started 10 games in 2024 with all coming before he suffered a shoulder injury against UMass in the 11th game of the season. Miller missed the Georgia Tech and SEC Championship games but he returned for the Allstate Sugar Bowl where the Bulldogs season came to an end.

He piled up 27 total tackles, 3.5 tackles for loss, and 1.5 sacks in 2024 while becoming a much more effective run defender. At one point in the season Miller and Nazir Stackhouse were the only experienced, healthy interior defensive linemen for the Bulldogs. Miller stepped into the bigger role and performed quite well.
Miller’s first major action came last season when he played in 13 of 14 games with 14 total tackles, four tackles for loss, and a sack. He was a four-star prospect when he inked with the Bulldogs in the 2022 class. Georgia held off Ohio State to land the Georgia native.
