A new On300 will be released on Monday and we’ve already gotten a look at the five-star prospects in the class. That group includes Warner Robins (Warner Robins, Ga.) EDGE Isaiah Gibson, who is one of five brand-new five-star prospects in the On300.

At 6-foot-3 263 pounds, Gibson now ranks as the nation’s No. 13 overall prospect per the On3 in-house rankings. He’s still the top EDGE prospect in America and On3 has him as the No. 3 prospect in Georgia.

The 11-spot jump for On3 results in an eight-spot jump in the On3 Industry Rankings, a weighted average that includes all four websites that publish recruiting ratings. Gibson is now the No. 20 overall prospect and remains the No. 1 EDGE in the industry rankings. He’s ranked as the No. 4 prospect in the Peach State.

Gibson committed to Georgia on June 24, less than a month after officially visiting the Bulldogs at the end of May. When he made the visit to Georgia, he was committed to USC. He de-committed from the Trojans on June 18 after being committed there since March 24.

Tennessee, Auburn, Ohio State, Oklahoma, Clemson, Florida State and Oregon all have Gibson on campus for visits during the recruiting process. Georgia, however, got him on campus more than any other school. Those visits and the proximity to Athens allowed the Bulldogs to build quite the connection.

“I have those relationships with Georgia,” Gibson told On3 last month. “I am close to the coaching staff, it is a school close to home and I have relationships with the coaches and the team. That made a big difference for me.”

Gibson is one of two EDGE prospects committed to Georgia in the 2025 class. The other is four-star prospect Darren Ikinnagbon (Hillside; Hillside, N.J). He ranks as the nation’s No. 73 overall prospect and No. 9 EDGE in the On3 Industry Rankings. Ikinnagbon is the No. 2 player in New Jersey.
