Georgia flips 2026 four-star DB Dominick Kelly from USC
Just a week ago, the Georgia Bulldogs held a single commitment in the Class of 2026, but with the addition of four-star defensive back Dominick Kelly today, they now sit at three for the cycle.
Kelly, who plays his high school ball at Bradenton, Florida powerhouse IMG Academy, flipped his commitment from the USC Trojans to the Bulldogs on Monday evening. A 6-foot and a half, 175 pound cornerback, Kelly had been committed to the Trojans since late March.
“I am committing to the program that I believe fits me best as a cornerback,” he told On3’s Steve Wiltfong of the decision to flip his pledge.
Currently, he ranks as the nation’s No. 170 overall prospect in the Class of 2026 per the On3 Industry Ranking. Kelly ranks as the No. 14 overall cornerback for the cycle, as well as the No. 31 overall prospect in the state of Florida for the class per the same metric.
Georgia offered in late January, but the buzz around the Bulldogs had been decidedly quiet.
Now, he joins fellow four-star cornerback and recent commit Jontavius Wyman of Jonesboro High School. Wyman is the No. 177 overall prospect and No. 15 cornerback for the cycle per the On3 Industry Ranking.

Dominick Kelly the latest addition for Georgia
While the 2026 class is building with some rapidity, the Bulldogs are working heavily on two fronts, including fleshing out the currently fourth-ranked class for the 2025 cycle in a major way.
Kirby Smart and company just added rising star defensive lineman JJ Hanne earlier on Monday, giving them an intriguing developmental piece from Germany who’s earned offers from top schools across the country.
