Georgia releases depth chart for Clemson in Aflac Kickoff game

ATLANTA, Ga. — Week one of the 2024 College Football season is finally here. Georgia, ranked as the No. 1 team in the nation, will soon open its season against No. 14 Clemson in the Aflac Kickoff Game. It’s inside Mercedes-Benz Stadium where both of UGA’s losses the past three seasons have taken place.

The game offers us our first opportunity to see the Bulldogs this season and it’s also our first look at a depth chart. DawgsHQ has provided that pre-game depth chart for you below.

*** Etienne might be listed as the starter but there’s little to no chance he plays in this game. The Georgia running back had an off-field incident this spring where he was charged with DUI and reckless driving. The DUI charge was dropped.

*** When Georgia dismissed Rara Thomas this summer, Bell began working more at the X-receiver position rather than Z-receiver. He can play either spot.

*** Jackson makes the three-deep, at least on paper, after joining the Georgia football program this July. The 6-foot-10 offensive lineman entered the 2024 NBA Draft but didn’t get selected. He decided to turn his attention to football despite not playing the sport since the eighth grade.
