ATLANTA, Ga. — Georgia won its 12th game of the season on Saturday but it wasn’t impressive. The Bulldogs made several key miscues, turned it over twice, and trailed twice in a 31-23 win over Georgia Tech. They have now won 12 straight games at Bobby Dodd Stadium and they had a few players stand out on Saturday. Below, DawgsHQ singles out the best of the best by handing out game balls.

RB Kendall Milton: Georgia got a career day from the senior tailback and it very much needed it. Milton started shredding the Yellow Jacket defense with his first carry and he never really slowed down. He carried the ball 18 times for 156 yards, both career highs, and reached the end zone twice. His longest carry was 19 yards and that illustrates how effective he was each time he touched the football.

WR Dominic Lovett: The junior receiver led all Georgia pass catchers with five grabs for 68 yards and a score. He opened the scoring for the Bulldogs by beating his man badly on a slot fade route and catching a 29-yard touchdown from Carson Beck. Lovett also had some key catches later on in the game.

DL Christen Miller: Georgia didn’t have many defensive standouts in the game but Miller had one of the biggest plays. With Tech threatening to score right before the half, Miller bursted into the backfield and sacked Haynes King for a five-yard loss. After an incompletion on the next play, the Yellow Jackets missed a 49-yard field goal.

WR Dillon Bell: There was just one negative play for Bell on Saturday. He bobbled a pass out of bounds on the third play of the second half, one that would have gone for a big gain. Other than that, he had a second very good game in a row. He caught three passes for 37 yards and had a touchdown called back. One of those three catches set up the second Georgia touchdown and he added a 29-yard run in the third quarter.

S Malaki Starks: The sophomore safety didn’t make any eye-popping plays on Saturday but he did finish with seven total tackles. A couple of those tackles were pure effort plays where he ran down a Georgia Tech playmaker in space. Starks ran down Eric Singleton in the fourth quarter after a 57-yard gain, a drive where the Yellow Jackets ended up kicking a field goal.
