ATHENS, Ga. — Georgia won its 27th straight game on Saturday with a 52-17 thumping of No. 9 Ole Miss. The Bulldogs scored touchdowns on their first four possessions and never looked back as the defense gained its footing and kept Ole Miss out of the end zone for the final 44 minutes of the game. UGA needed some big-time performances to dominate the Rebels and below, DawgsHQ acknowledges the best of the best with game balls.

RB Kendall Milton: It was a night that Milton won’t soon forget. The senior running back had his best game as a Bulldog on senior night. Milton carried the ball nine times for 127 yards and two touchdowns with runs of 33 and 51 yards. He also had one catch for 12 yards that set the Georgia up for its first score of the game.

S Javon Bullard: There’s something about November that brings the best out in Bullard. It was against Tennessee last year where Bullard has a breakout game at STAR. This was his breakout game at strong safety. Bullard grabbed his second interception in as many weeks and he had five total tackles with one for a loss.

QB Carson Beck: The Georgia quarterback was firing on all cylinders tonight. He started fast with 65 passing yards on the Bulldogs first possession and he didn’t slow down. Beck had 306 yards passing and two touchdowns on 17 of 25 passing. He did have an interception but it came on a throw where he fit the ball into a tight window and it went off his receiver’s hands.

LB CJ Allen: The freshman linebacker had a rough first half but he’s on this list due in large part to how he rebounded from that. When the Bulldogs came out in the second half, Allen turned it on. He had a sack on the Rebels’ first possession of the third quarter and he led Georgia in tackles with nine.

WR Ladd McConkey: It was McConkey’s third big game in a row. He caught four of his five targets for 81 yards and a touchdown. That score came from 29 yards out where he made the catch as he was sliding across the goal line. He did all of that without playing much, if any, in the final quarter.

DE Mykel Williams: Ole Miss had some success running the ball against Georgia on its first few possessions but Williams spearheaded an effort that stuffed the Rebels from there on out. Williams finished the game with three total tackles and he had 1.5 stops for loss.

TE Brock Bowers: It’s amazing that the star tight end missed just two games with the high-ankle sprain suffered at Vanderbilt. Bowers didn’t light up the stat sheet, catching just three passes for 31 yards but his final catch inside Sanford Stadium was an eight-yard touchdown. Bowers played more snaps than anyone thought he would and he was a force as a blocker.
