Another edition of Clean, Old-Fashioned Hate is in the books and like so many before it, the game resulted in a Georgia win. The Bulldogs scored 37 unanswered points after giving up touchdown on Georgia Tech’s first possession and won 37-14.

Georgia now has its second 12-0 season in a row, an impressive feat. It needed some standout performances to earn that 12th victory and DawgsHQ is ready to hand out game balls to those guys.

RB Kenny McIntosh: Massive, massive game from the senior on senior day. He set a career high in yards from scrimmage with 12 touches for 177 yards and a touchdown. This comes a week after he set a career high for rushing yards in game against Kentucky. McIntosh had plays of 45 (rushing) and 78 yards (receiving) and now has 1,086 total yards and nine total touchdowns on the year. For the second straight week he was the superstar of Georgia’s offense.

ILB Smael Mondon: Another big game from the talented linebacker. He has really come into his own since coming back from an ankle injury earlier in the season. He led the team with six total tackles and five of those were solo. He also had a tackle and a half for loss and came really close to adding another TFL to that list.

RB Daijun Edwards: He didn’t have as big of a game as McIntosh but it was still a heck of an effort. Edwards averaged more yards per carry than McIntosh (7.2). He carried the ball just eight times for 62 yards and helped get the Bulldogs in position to score three times inside the red zone.

ILB Jamon Dumas-Johnson: It seems like the sophomore inside linebacker makes his way onto this list every week. Once again he was near the top in tackles with five total. Three of those were solo stops and he added a tackle for loss and a forced fumble that was recovered by Robert Beal.

RB Kendall Milton: Georgia didn’t call on Milton much but he made had a big day anyway. He carried the ball just four times but thanks to a 44-yard touchdown run, he finished with 56 yards on the ground. Milton showed some burst on that touchdown run and seems to have fresh legs after missing some time with injury. It makes three weeks in a row that Milton has ripped off some chunk plays.

DB Tykee Smith: After well over a calendar year of struggles, Smith has found himself playing a key role in Georgia’s defense. He has started to flash, too. The former West Virginia standout had five total tackles (three solo) to go with a sack and a tackle and a half for loss. He also played quite well in coverage.
