Game time, television announced for Georgia at Ole Miss

The Southeastern Conference has announced the game time and television assignment for Georgia’s third big road test of the 2025 season. The Bulldogs will play at Ole Miss on November 9 and the game will kick off at 3:30 p.m. ET. It’ll be broadcast by ABC.
These two teams will be meeting for the second time in the past two seasons. Last year’s matchup was also in November but it took place inside Sanford Stadium. That one took place under the Sanford Stadium lights with a 7 p.m. ET kickoff and the Bulldogs thrashed the Rebels 52-17. It’ll be the 47th matchup between the two programs all time with UGA dominating the series 33-12-1.
This will be Kirby Smart‘s second trip to Oxford since becoming the Georgia head coach. The first was in his rookie season and the Bulldogs took a 45-14 beating after trailing 45-0 in the third quarter. Things are different now as Hugh Freeze, the head coach of that Ole Miss team, is the head man at Auburn. The Rebels are led by Lane Kiffin.
When Georgia’s 2024 season came out, there was a tough road game in September, October, and November. The Bulldogs lost at Alabama in September but took down Texas in Austin nine days ago. Ole Miss, a preseason top-10 team, was the third of those marquee matchups.

But the Rebels have scuffled some this season and find themselves trying to hang on in the College Football Playoff picture. They were upset by Kentucky at home for their first loss of 2024 and then fell to LSU in overtime. Ole Miss is coming off a comeback win over Oklahoma and it will play at Arkansas this Saturday.
Georgia has rebounded from that loss to Alabama with wins over Auburn, Mississippi State, and Texas. The Bulldogs are currently up to No. 2 in the country in both the AP and coaches polls and they’ll travel to Jacksonville to face Florida on Saturday.
