Georgia will finish its 2023 season on Saturday with a Capital One Orange Bowl Matchup with No. 5 Florida State. It marks the first game in almost three years where the Bulldogs are playing with a shot at a championship but Kirby Smart and players have been adamant about their desire to finish strong.

UGA’s video team released its final game trailer of the 2023 season on Saturday with that in mind. The title of the video is “Finish.” It includes scenes from the 2023 season as well as soundbites from the Georgia head coach about how he wants his team to control what it can control and finish strong.

Georgia opened as a 14-point favorite in the Orange Bowl but with FSU experienced numerous opt outs from its best players, that spread has ballooned to 20.5 points. Still, the Bulldogs are coming off their first loss since 2021 and they’re saying all the right things coming into this game.

“I have a lot of respect for Mike (Norvell) and his staff,” Smart said on Friday. “We’ve learned more and more about them recently as they’ve returned to prominence and having grown up watching Florida State play, went to a lot of their games, so I have a lot of respect, and I think it’s great for college football when Florida State is always in the conversation.

“His staff has done a tremendous job. They recruit in our state, we recruit in their state. Have a lot of respect for them and looking forward to an outstanding game, an exciting game, to go play in Hard Rock.”

FSU is 13-0 in 2023 and it has won 19 straight games. Kickoff for Saturday’s contest is set for 4 p.m. ET and the game, which will be played inside of Hard Rock Stadium, will be televised by ESPN.
